Upon settling in the United States, Naveen’s remarkable journey continued. He embarked on a successful accounting practice in New York, achieving his CPA qualification. In a pivotal turn of events, Naveen Shah ventured into the commercial real estate and hospitality sector in 2005. This marked the birth of Navika Group of Companies, headquartered in Long Island, New York. Naveen’s entrepreneurial spirit drove the growth of Navika, leading to the establishment of an impressive portfolio of 70 full-service hotels across the USA, alongside strategic investments in golf courses and shopping complexes.

In his personal life, Naveen is happily married to Rajshree and is a proud father of three accomplished children. His eldest daughter, Anjali, has established herself as a successful radiologist in New York. His son, Arpit, holds the esteemed position of Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Sky Hospitality Solution. Naveen’s younger daughter, Aashma, is currently pursuing a PhD at Harvard University, a testament to the family’s pursuit of excellence and intellectual growth. Naveen Shah’s life journey is a testament to his unwavering determination, innovation, and philanthropic spirit, leaving an indelible mark on both the business world and the community he serves.
Arpit is responsible for overseeing Blue Sky’s sales and revenue management disciplines, driving top-line business, and maximizing the revenue potential of all Blue Sky-managed hotels. His responsibilities include revenue management, sales and marketing, e-commerce, and customer relationship management, as well as externally growing the organization’s portfolio through acquisitions and business development.
Most recently, Arpit was Regional Vice President overseeing $125 million in revenue for the portfolio. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at two separate Blue Sky hotels. Upon graduating with a degree in Finance and Economics from The George Washington University, Arpit worked for a middle-market investment bank in New York.
Arpit lives in Long Island, New York, and is an avid reader and fitness enthusiast.
Alex Petrollini is an accomplished hospitality executive recognized for driving growth and fostering innovation within the industry. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction while maintaining meticulous oversight of its day-to-day operations.
With over 35 years of experience in hotel and resort properties, Alex is a Certified Hotel Administrator and possesses extensive expertise in all facets of the hospitality industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated a profound commitment to nurturing successful organizations worldwide, spanning regions from the Canadian Rockies to the Far East and across the United States. Alex’s operational approach is characterized by a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, as he effectively integrates cutting-edge technology and systems to elevate the standards of the hospitality landscape.
Alex was born and raised in Calgary and speaks several languages. He is a certified instrument-rated private pilot who enjoys the demanding challenges of flying high-performance aircraft. When not visiting Blue Sky properties, Alex and his family enjoy traveling and are passionate horse racing enthusiasts.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions’ growing portfolio of 60+ hotels, Stephen oversees the BSHA team of regional leaders across all disciplines while interacting directly with all aspects of commercial disciplines, owners’ representatives, and investors. This includes a heightened focus on Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions’ company culture.
Stephen brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, including most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Harwood International, where he was instrumental in the growth of the restaurant portfolio and the development of the SWEXAN Hotel. Prior to his current role, he worked in several executive leadership positions with Ritz Carlton Hotels and Resorts, served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Arden Group, and held numerous leadership positions across three continents.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Hospitality from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. When he is away from his professional duties, you will find Stephen in the home kitchen cooking, playing a round of golf, or on the lake.

Chintan Sheth serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Navika Group of Companies & Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As part of the executive team of both Navika & Blue Sky Hospitality, Mr. Sheth is responsible for the financial performance of its diversified commercial real estate portfolio by managing various roles in acquisition, operations, negotiations & audit.
As CFO, his responsibilities include accounting, financial planning and reporting, reviewing operational and financial controls, negotiating vendor contracts, and implementing new technologies to increase the overall efficiency of the team and organization as a whole.
Chintan started working with Navika Group as an auditor in 2008. With his hard work and flair for numbers, he made tremendous progress from Auditor to Controller to Vice President of Accounting within just a few years and has been the CFO since December 2020.
Before joining Navika, Chintan completed his professional degree in Chartered Accountancy along with his master’s in accountancy and gained his first experience as an accountant with Morgan Stanley as a part of their hedge fund arm. After learning and working with Morgan Stanley for over a year, Chintan moved to America in 2008.
Chintan, along with his wife Meghna Negandhi and partners, currently owns and manages multiple Paris Baguette bakery café franchises.
Chintan is an avid cricket fan and loves to watch and play the game whenever possible. He also enjoys playing other sports like badminton. He lives in Bellerose along with his wife, parents, and a school-going kid.
Kasey Bonsignore is the General Counsel at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for all legal matters pertaining to a portfolio of 50+ multi-million-dollar commercial properties across the United States. Kasey drafts and reviews purchase and sale agreements, operating/partnership agreements, and negotiates commercial leases, various contracts, and complex legal documents. Additionally, she oversees and manages any litigation and other legal matters.
Kasey Bonsignore brings 17 years of experience in the legal profession. She received her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law at Queens College. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Kasey began her career as a legal intern for the MTA Office of the Inspector General and Judge Kevin Nathaniel Fox of the Southern District of New York. Before joining Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, Kasey worked in private practice.
Kasey lives in Long Island with her husband and two children and enjoys running and outdoor activities.
Mark Kulekci is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, overseeing multiple hotels with brands including Autograph Collection by Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and Hilton Full and Select Service hotels. In this role, Mark is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing guest experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Mark Kulekci brings 38 years of experience in the hospitality industry, contributing to the success of well-known hotels with brands including Sheraton, Wyndham, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, Hilton, Hyatt, Renaissance, and Autograph Collection by Marriott.
His experience encompasses new hotel openings, renovations, brand conversions, hotel acquisitions, and asset management.
Mark is a graduate of Florida International University with a Master of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He also holds certificates from renowned institutions, namely a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and a Certificate in Exercise in Leadership: Foundational Principles from Harvard University.
Mark resides in Leonia, New Jersey, in a quiet neighborhood with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include music, art, and table tennis.
Madhu Pareek, CHA, is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. Madhu Pareek’s career began as a proud graduate of Maharani College, one of the most prestigious universities for girls in Jaipur. She is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive knowledge and leadership in hotel management, dedicated to enhancing hotel and hospitality asset values.
Ms. Pareek manages Marriott and Hyatt portfolios with limited and full-service properties. She is responsible for property improvement plans and CapEx. Ms. Pareek oversees portfolio-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, ongoing marketing, and operational planning. She is responsible for all matters related to franchise compliance with multiple franchisors and holds her Marriott Excellence and General Manager Certification. With more than 15 years of experience in this industry, Madhu has a keen understanding that entrepreneurship alone would not be enough to fulfill the vision of Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions.
Madhu is blessed with two wonderful and successful children. Her son, Dr. Ayoosh Pareek, is an Orthopedic Sports Surgeon at HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery), New York. Her daughter, Ms. Purti Pareek, is a successful attorney who sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Madhu’s loving and caring husband, Atul, is a well-known jeweler in New York.
Saurav Arora is the Regional Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing finance management for hotels in the New York and New Jersey region, including the EnVue Autograph Collection Hotel & Residence Inn in Weehawken, New Jersey; Hyatt Centric Wall Street in New York City; and the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale, New York.
Saurav brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he has gained a well-rounded understanding of operations. His early career featured a strong focus on Food and Beverage at properties both international and domestic.
Most recently, Saurav was Director of Finance at Long Island Marriott, a role he continues. Prior to that, he served as Controller for the Corporate Hotel Portfolio at Olshan Properties in NYC, where he managed finances for properties in Illinois, Georgia, and Florida. Before that, he was Director of Finance for Soho Grand and The Roxy, where he managed a combined revenue of $80 million annually.
Saurav’s experience before moving to the New York area was focused on Food and Beverage Management as Outlet Manager at Westin Waltham-Boston and as a member of the Management Development Program at Four Seasons Hotel Boston.
Originally from New Delhi, India, Saurav now lives on Long Island with his wife and daughters and has a great love for the sport of Cricket. He holds an MBA in Global Business Leadership – Financial Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, and a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management from Cesar Ritz College Switzerland, Le Bouvert.
Argy Koumas is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for leading and supporting the sales efforts of BSHS on property sales teams to surpass their revenue goals.
Argy brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with such iconic brands as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, as well as Independent Hotels in the New York market. He has negotiated with Corporate Transient, Groups, as well as Foreign Leisure markets and represented his respective hotels at various industry trade shows.
Most recently, Argy was the Dual Director of Sales and Marketing at the Riverhead Browning hotels, overseeing a department of three team members. Prior to that, he was a Regional Director of Sales with M&R Hotels for their 14 NYC market hotels, including handling preopening hotels and conversions. He also opened three hotels prior to that, including the largest Hilton Garden Inn in the world, the first Homewood Suites by Hilton in Manhattan, and the second Residence Inn by Marriott.
Argy has successfully completed the Marriott Sales Edge training, Hilton School of Sales, and IHG Sales Leadership. He was also an HSMAI Sales Leader of the Year Finalist.
Argy lives in East Northport, NY, with his wife, Laura, and his two college-aged sons. Aside from his passion for hospitality, he is also an avid music aficionado and crossword puzzle solver.
Joseph is the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for supporting, developing, and driving bottom-line sales revenue for the portfolio through the sales leadership of each of our hotels.
Joseph brings 36 years of experience in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels and IHG Hotels, both in on-property leadership roles as well as over 8 years of above-property experience as Regional Director of Operations and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. Joseph’s experience includes past management of every department in hotels, GM roles, Culinary roles, Catering and Restaurant leadership, and Director of Sales roles. He brings much experience in high-level sales negotiations, hotel sales training, Operations training, and teaching the culture of 15 brands along the way.
Most recently, Joseph was the Regional Director of Operations Support with IHG. Prior to that, he was the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for IHG and has spent most of his career in Sales & Marketing.
Joe is married to another amazing hotelier and is a proud father of three. He lives in CT and enjoys collecting pieces of history, as well as a great game of golf when he’s not slicing every shot.
Robert Villalta is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of full-service properties under the Hilton brand and one of the company’s flagship properties, the DoubleTree Front Royal Hotel & Golf Course.
Robert brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry at the corporate level in Operational and Financial roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Benchmark Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, and Dream Hotels. Robert was also integral to several opening teams, including The Doral Telluride Resort, The Nuevo Vallarta Resort, and the Naples Bay Resort & Marina. Most recently, Robert was Corporate Director of Real Estate Operations at Amsterdam Hospitality, overseeing and repositioning properties in New York City, Waterbury, Miami, Tampa, Charlotte, and North Carolina. Before that, he held Area Manager responsibilities for the Bentley and Marcel Group, and previously served as General Manager of the Glen Cove Mansion Resort and Conference Center.
Villalta is an MBA graduate of Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, with a concentration in Hospitality. He and his family reside in Huntington, New York, and he enjoys a good tennis match in his free time.
Sayed Alam is a Vice President of Operations at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and associate development. He oversees the daily operations of Hilton, Marriott, and IHG branded properties in his region, ensuring they meet the high service standards set by Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions and its affiliated brands.
He is experienced in all aspects of hospitality management, including operations, business development, new openings, rebranding, and renovations.
Sayed has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience. He previously served New York-based M&R Hotel Group as its Vice President of Operations. He also held a Regional Senior Vice President position with Montreal-based Lixi Hotels Group. Prior to that, he was a Regional Director of Operations for Le’Tap Hospitality Group, a New York City-based hotel company. He has been a general manager with elite branded and unbranded Full and Focused service hotels in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Sayed earned his BBA and MBA degrees from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI, with a major in Marketing and Finance. He earned the Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Institution. He holds GM certifications for Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton, Starwood Properties (now Marriott), and Best Western brands.

Judi is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for revenue strategy and action plans aimed at maximizing property revenues and channel mix, distribution, and associated costs for optimal profitability and market penetration for the entire portfolio. Judi is a seasoned revenue management leader with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having served in numerous roles across multiple brands and markets.
Most recently, Judi was awarded the opportunity to join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a revenue management leader, providing strategic guidance and increasing revenue performance to drive market share penetration and profitability. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Distribution with Triumph Hotels, overseeing a collection of six historic NYC hotels.
As Vice President of Revenue Management for Wyndham Hotel Group, Judi led the overall revenue management function of WHG’s franchise portfolio in NAMER, with oversight of this function in EMEA, LATAMC, Greater China, and SEAPR while solving for growth and maintaining service delivery consistency standards. In earlier years, Judi held a variety of positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Sales, Front Office, Assistant Cluster Director of Revenue Management, and Revenue Management for the Hiltons of New Jersey.
Judi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a CRME through HSMAI. Judi lives in Rutherford, NJ, with her family, has 2 children in college, and enjoys cycling and Yoga.
Anca Aghinitei is the Director of Renovations and Capex at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, she oversees the procurement of FF&E and OS&E for hotel renovations. She also coordinates the execution of Property Improvement Plans (PIP) within our portfolio.
Anca brings eighteen years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout this time, she has developed strong operational skills, focusing on maximum profitability, cost control, and optimum performance in guest satisfaction.
Her focus on delivering heartfelt experiences while creating a culture that honors every guest and celebrates every milestone has made her excel in urban, suburban, airport, and government markets throughout Southern California under Starwood, IHG, and Hilton brands.
Most recently, Anca was the General Manager for one of the Embassy Suites by Hilton properties in California. She is a Blue-Sky success story as she received consecutive promotions during her five years with the company. Her early career includes front office, human resources, accounting, and sales leadership roles.
Throughout her career, she has earned multiple awards for service excellence, recognized for service impact by the brand, and distinguished as MVP for outstanding performance.
With no intentions of becoming a hotelier twenty years ago, Anca continues to emulate her mother’s legacy in the way she opens her home and heart to guests.
